Senior Field Service Technician Job Overview

The role of Senior Field Service Technician involves servicing and maintaining various systems, with a focus on HVAC Automation and Controls. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional technical support.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintenance, and commissioning of equipment, including Honeywell and third-party systems
  • Perform day-to-day servicing, calibrations, and maintenance tasks, including diagnoses, repairs, and basic programming
  • Interrogate and navigate BMS interfaces to optimize system performance
  • Develop and provide estimates for labour requirements, materials costs, and quantities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients
  • Measure and report performance indicators and site service objectives
  • Deliver value to clients and customers by ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BMS HVAC experience: Knowledge of BMS controls systems and instrumentation devices
  • Electrical experience: Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching
  • Instrumentation experience: Knowledge of control applications and safety protocols
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality delivery
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment
