- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Experience in preparing high-quality sushi dishes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Interact with customers and colleagues regularly.
- Perform tasks that require physical stamina, such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Be exposed to noise and dust in the kitchen environment.
