**Quality and Data Clinician Role

About the Job

  • Combine nursing expertise with data-driven insights to transform care outcomes.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives across Residential, Support at Home, Wellness, and Retirement Village services.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and interpret clinical data to drive improvements in care outcomes.
  • Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, the Quality Indicator Program, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to staff on quality systems and evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure audits, reports, and data insights are accurate, timely, and actionable.

**About You

  • We seek a Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered & practicing) with a flair for data and a talent for turning insights into transformative improvements in care services.

**Requirements

  • Experience in quality, compliance, and data analysis within aged care or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, quality standards, and care management systems.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing development.
