Exceptional Casual Mall Leasing Specialist

Our company is a leading owner and developer of Shopping Centres in Sydney.
We are seeking an exceptional Casual Mall Leasing Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and maximise Casual Leasing revenue to achieve agreed objectives.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business opportunities
- Develop relationships with key clients
- Negotiate mall merchandising and storage agreements
- Temporary leasing of vacant retail tenancies
- Manage mall space usage
- Liaise with the local community
- Prepare budgets for mall merchandising
- Monthly reporting
- Administration
- Invoice tenants
- Collect rent
To be successful in this role, you will require strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
A degree in commerce, business or marketing would be advantageous. You will be trained and mentored by experienced Retail Leasing Executives and have the opportunity to progress your career into Retail Leasing as you grow and develop.
