About the Role

We have two vacancies available with our Residential team based in Gladstone, QLD. We are seeking motivated individuals who have recently completed a Degree in Business (Property) or are near completion. If you're looking to begin your career in the property valuation sector, this is the ideal position for you.

This role will assist qualified valuers with various tasks, including in-field experience, assistance with quality valuation reports, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.

This role offers career development opportunities for candidates with the right attitude and skills, preparing you to become a Registered and/or Certified Property Valuer.

About You

We are seeking bright, motivated, and articulate candidates who are looking to establish a career with our business. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Near completion or recently completed Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
  • Genuine interest in customer service and property valuations
  • Confident verbal and written communication and report writing skills
  • Experience in multitasking and prioritizing workloads in high-volume environments
  • Proficiency and comfort with using Microsoft Office, web-based systems, and learning new technology
  • A positive and professional manner
  • Current Driver's license

Candidates with prior experience as a Graduate Valuer or with extensive experience in a property industry-related field are strongly encouraged to apply.
