Microsoft Azure Specialist Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our growing team with their Microsoft Azure expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Azure services, billing, and support.
  • Understand customers' requirements and collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Participate in tender presentations and effectively communicate the value of Data#3's offerings.
  • Upsell support options and articulate the business and technical value statements of Azure solutions to various customer organisational levels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, Microsoft, and internal teams.
  • Ensure customers have a clear understanding of the different vendor programs.
  • Ability to articulate business and technical value statements of Azure solutions to all customer organisational levels.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain awareness of customer issues.
Technical Requirements
  • Familiarity with various ways customers can consume Azure.
  • Tailor service offers to meet customers' business and technical requirements (e.g., Azure migration, health checks and optimization).
  • Estimate Azure consumption costs and provision tenancies/plans.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities (Azure Hybrid Benefit, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans).
  • Customer Success Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate customer onboarding to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Log and manage support calls and escalations.
  • Deliver tailored value solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Clearly differentiate Data#3's solution offerings.
  • Provide customers with value solutions, to meet their needs.
  • Respond to billing inquiries.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working with Azure.
  • Demonstrated work history and experience in dealing with customers at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients via various communication platforms including but not limited to phone, email and ServiceNow.
  • Possess the skills and traits necessary to be a successful CSP Azure Specialist such as professionalism, exceptional time management and organisational skills, a sense of urgency, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
