Office Administration Role

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration and senior administrative roles. They must be able to work collaboratively with the leadership team and provide support for various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration including reception duties.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate office events, catering, event setup/pack up, orders, and weekly social drinks.
  • Liaise with building cleaners to address areas of concern.
  • Assist in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage and update the HR Information System (Employment Hero) to administer all HR matters.
  • Attend WHS meetings in support of the WHS coordinator.
  • Support People & Culture practices and initiatives throughout the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience providing high-quality administration support in a professional environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize work, multitask, and organize time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge and proven experience using customer service excellence principles and practices via telephone and face-to-face communication.
  • Experience in a professional setting maintaining personal information and commercially sensitive documents.
