Job Description:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination services for corporate activities.

The primary goal of this position is to assist in the management of projects, ensuring their timely completion and meeting client expectations.

You will be working closely with the project manager and relationship managers to ensure seamless execution of tasks, including data reconciliation, preparation of scoping documents, and daily reporting.

Your duties will also involve coordinating client corporate actions, managing outbound mailings, and investigating discrepancies and errors.

In addition, you will be required to attend client company shareholder meetings and provide general administrative support as needed.
