Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily incoming payments reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Process outgoing payments and payment exceptions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues
  • Analyze and resolve open items related to payments and investigation activities
  • Continuously review and improve back-office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and foreign exchange terms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
