Quality Driven Production Manager

A high-performing Production Supervisor is required to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations, driving quality, efficiency, and profitability in architectural joinery projects.
- Supervise machining and assembly functions in the factory environment.
- Plan and schedule workflow to maximize staff resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Joinery Manager and Project Manager to ensure seamless work scheduling.
- Review and approve timecards for factory staff.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Purchasing Officer as needed.
- Maintain positive relationships with staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
We seek a self-motivated individual with 5+ years of experience in production environments. A background in cabinetmaking trade and strong leadership skills are essential.
Key qualifications include prioritization, meeting deadlines, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive company culture.
