About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing our temporary workforce and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Temporary Workforce Management: Effectively manage our temporary workforce to meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Candidate Pool Management: Create and maintain a pool of candidates appropriate to the client's needs.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Recruit, select, and onboard workers to meet client demands.
  • Candidate Experience: Contribute to a candidate-focused culture, ensuring a 'right fit' and maintaining good communication to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administration processes such as absences and holiday requests, and accurately input and verify data for weekly payroll.
  • Client Support: Provide a 24/7 on-call service to meet client requirements as required, working in partnership with operational management.
  • Relationship Building: Develop successful and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and operational management.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Previous Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, administration, or planning.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Drive and Motivation: A drive to succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, including access to a car and a driving license.
