About the Role

The Murray-Darling Basin Authority (MDBA) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Officer to work with First Nations people, communities, and organisations to deliver relationship management support, engagement advice, and on-ground insights in collaboration with the MDBA's First Nations Policy and Engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project management support and administration skills, including contractual and financial reporting requirements within the program's portfolio.
  • Contribute to Cultural Safety for First Nations people and MDBA staff.
  • Assist in the development of accurate and persuasive briefs, correspondence, and communication materials as required.

Eligibility
