About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team at Flight Centre Business Travel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing our clients' total travel program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their travel needs are met
  • Provide expert advice on travel management and booking solutions
  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Monitor and report on travel expenses and provide recommendations for cost savings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate travel management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with Sabre being a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
