About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Sales Manager to join our team in APAC.

You will be responsible for managing the successful sourcing of RFQs & submission of successful technical value-adding bids converting to orders for project (capital) sales in the PCV business unit for the APAC region.

This is a customer-facing role, where you will be working closely with internal stakeholders to develop technical selling timelines and plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large project capital sales, knowledge of PCV software, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the opportunity including proposal, clarification, and hand-off to project management
  • Develop technical selling timelines and plans with the GCAP, Regional Product Specialist, and GPLM teams
  • Provide initial guidelines to the inside sales and application engineers for the technical and commercial strategies
  • Pro-active & hands-on management of projects RFQs (capital) from EPCs in close cooperation with the PCV teams
