Deliver Excellence in Educational Leadership

Our Centre

Immerse yourself in a vibrant, urban learning environment.

The centre boasts two spacious indoor/outdoor play spaces, complete with herb and vegetable gardens, a trough for water play, a sandpit and a two-tier bridge where our exciting programs come to life.

The light-filled oasis features a range of wooden play structures, city views, and two levels of open-plan ateliers where our programs come to life.

Take the children out and about on weekly excursions to maintain great connections with the surrounding community.

Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to innovate our approach to early childhood education.

Develop and implement curriculum that maximises each child's development and learning.

Support Educators to ensure every child participates in the educational program.

Assess each child's learning and development through meaningful collaboration with Educators.

Establish clear goals and expectations for teaching and practice in collaboration with all Educators.

Contribute to developing and implementing the centres Quality Improvement Plan.

Essential Qualifications

A University Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education as approved by ACECQA.

Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration (NSW, SA, VIC & WA).

Proven knowledge of the National Quality Framework.

Previous experience working in the early years sector is highly desirable.

A valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent.
