Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of chemicals and tools used for cleaning, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all facilities are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Anticipate and resolve any problems that may arise during cleaning operations.
  • Follow established safety and health guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Clean bathrooms, stairwells, lobbies, lounges, offices, conference rooms, and kitchens to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of chemicals and tools used for cleaning.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.

Benefits:
