Job Overview

The Equipment Department is dedicated to delivering best-in-class equipment solutions. Our team is seeking a skilled Field Services Technician to join our ranks.

About the Role:

  • We require an individual with experience in mechanical machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and computer-operated equipment.
  • Prior experience in preventative maintenance programs, machine diagnosis, and repair will be highly valued.
  • Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of equipment using industry-recognized practices and safety procedures.
  • Installation of new and refurbished equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
  • Collaboration with design teams to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade or engineering qualification (e.g., fitter and turner).
  • Experience with electrical disconnect/reconnect procedures (highly desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software applications, including LogMeIn Rescue and TeamViewer.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
