**Job Title:** Centre Director
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Centre Director to lead our early learning centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the centre, ensuring that high-quality care and education are provided to children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
- Foster positive relationships with families and the community
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- Current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check and PRODA
- Current Child Protection Training
- Additional Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCECE057)
- Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places
