Life Insurance Pricing Specialist

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified actuary to apply their skills in life insurance pricing and analytics.
- Pricing experience analysis, development of assumptions, and portfolio management are key responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will maintain, develop, and enhance databases and calculations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Investigations will provide actionable insights for new product development and existing product reviews.
- Pricing decisions will be supported by sourcing and analysing policy, claims, and underwriting data.
- A continuous improvement mindset with enhanced modelling efficiency and insights is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in actuarial science or mathematics, with progression towards Fellowship of the Actuaries Institute.
- Mastery of life insurance actuarial mathematics, including strong understanding of experience analysis principles and theory.
- A creative and curious thinker, eager to take on new challenges with confidence.
- Past exposure to actuarial work, including experience analysis.
