Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes, including personal care, mobility support, and social support.
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address client needs, providing tailored support to meet their unique requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in providing exceptional in-home care.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Disability Support Worker or Personal Care Attendant in aged care, disability, home, and community care.
- Strong manual handling experience and ability to lift and transfer clients safely.
- Certificate III Individual Support or Certificate IV Disability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- Flexibility to work various shifts in different locations.
- A supportive and service-oriented team environment.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A competitive hourly rate ranging from $38.01 to $81.93 per hour.
