OSHC Educator Role

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACECQA approved qualification (essential)
  • Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care" Training
  • HLTAID009 CPR
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in Education and Care
  • Food Handling Training
  • SMART Training

You should have a strong understanding of child development and learning principles, as well as experience working with children in a childcare setting. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
