About the Role

This Strategic Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary liaison for key enterprise clients, enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive and strategic approaches.

The successful candidate will craft and implement strategic account plans tailored to client needs, identify opportunities for upselling and expansion, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Crafting and implementing strategic account plans.
  2. Collaborating with the Account Management team to gain insight into customer journeys and sales strategies.
  3. Showcasing the value of Humanforce products to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
  4. Cultivating strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and value-added interactions.
  5. Addressing and resolving critical customer requests and issues.


Requirements

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience.
- Proficiency in Software as a Service (SaaS) and Human Resource Management (HRM) products.
- Extensive experience in customer success or account management.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
