Event Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and liaising with speakers and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage event invites via email and Humanitix.
- Manage seating plans, wait lists, and communications around live streaming.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for event coordination and post-event operations.
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis.
- Coordinate and implement post-event communications, including EDMs and final production of event recordings.
- Work with external suppliers, including venues, caterers, photographers, and volunteers.
- Technical skills in Humanitix and Campaign Monitor are preferred.
Requirements
- A degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering successful events, preferably in the NFP industry.
- Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and relationship-building expertise.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential for this role.
