**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement creative sports programs for children, focusing on skill development and teamwork.
- Communicate effectively with parents to understand the needs and interests of children, ensuring the program content meets their developmental needs.
- Inspire children's interests and help them build a positive attitude towards sports and self-confidence.
- Ensure class safety by supervising and managing children's behavior and participation in sports classes.
- Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality sports education and experiences for children.

**Requirements:**

- A love for children, patience, and effective communication skills.
- Passion for kids' sports education, drama, and performance experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Good team spirit and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge and skills in first aid are desirable.
