Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic sports coach to deliver multi-sport programs in childcare centres across various locations.

The successful candidate will lead interactive, age-appropriate sporting activities that encourage participation, teamwork and physical skills. They will create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for all children and use their enthusiasm and creativity to inspire children to enjoy being active.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel between multiple childcare centres during the day.
  • Develop and deliver engaging sport programs that cater to different age groups.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism and positivity.

Requirements:

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) – mandatory.
  • Proven past experience working with children in a sports, education or coaching capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transport to travel between centres (travel allowance provided).
  • Energetic, positive and committed to fostering an active lifestyle in children.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Sport, Fitness, Early Childhood Education or Teaching.
  • First Aid & CPR certification.
