We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our finance and business functions. This role involves working in a dynamic environment with a passionate team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization.

You will play a vital role in reviewing financial performance, managing payroll, and overseeing supplier relationships. We offer flexible working arrangements and a diverse role within a motivated team that forms the foundation of our culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Implementing and reviewing internal control processes, managing daily reconciliations, accounts receivable, and payable.
  • Financial Reporting: Liaising with external accountants regarding the financial position of the group.
  • Payroll Management: Preparing and processing weekly payroll, superannuation, payroll tax returns, and PAYG lodgements.
  • Administration Support: Supporting the administration team in client relations and operations within the Electrical & Solar divisions.
  • Additional Duties: Performing additional duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in financial or business management roles.
  • Skills: Strong organisational, management, and interpersonal skills; excellent communication skills to liaise across all levels of the organisation.
  • Qualifications: A university degree in Accounting or Commerce/Business (highly regarded).
  • Software Experience: Extensive experience with accounting software, particularly Xero and integrated job management systems.
