About the Role

ISS Integrated Serv P/L is seeking a highly skilled Master Data Management and Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an Asset Data Officer/Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving performance and value realization across all Asset Management functions within our Key Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Master Data Management: Coordinate Master Data changes in line with procedures, ensuring data integrity across all Asset Management functions.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Establish preventative and predictive maintenance plans, ensuring effective resource planning and utilization.
  • Client Management: Manage all internal and external client requests for information (RFI) requests, and establish client Asset Registers.
  • CMMS Support: Provide support in the efficient use of CMMS systems and reporting to service delivery teams within Key Accounts.
  • Performance Improvement: Provide insights in performance of engineering assets and utilize the data to improve asset health, reliability, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Process Orientation: Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skill sets with high attention to detail.
  • CMMS Experience: Experience in the use of professional CMMS (e.g., IBM Tririga, SAP, Maximo, etc.) and high volumes of data.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Asset Management: Experience in Asset Management activities in a process and building services environment (although not essential).
  • Results Focus: Results-focused with the ability to identify and prioritize problems and issues, generate solutions, and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
