About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Superintendent to join our team on a $1 Billion EPC Greenfields & Brownfields upgrade of a Gold Processing Plant. This is a 2-year project based in Kalgoorlie, with a 2:1 roster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct all activities under your influence to ensure safety, health, environmental, design, quality, completion, and production targets are met.
  • Proactively plan works assigned to you on the project to ensure resources required to meet your primary purpose are adequate and fit for purpose.
  • Ensure all data requirements for robust projects and financial control are met consistently, completely, and on a timely basis.
  • Directly accountable for setting up the Supervision Team to ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner for persons working on the site.
  • Liaise with client representatives or sub-contractors on technical and minor contractual issues.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong planning of both Manning and Plant and Equipment.
  • Strong ability to create and review SMP construction methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively and lead by example the firm's personnel and their sub-contractors.
  • Strong HSE understanding and implementation skills.
  • Possess significant experience within Major Concrete Packages.
