About the Role
We're seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to lead our quality function and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our B&D Group site in Revesby. As a key member of our team, you'll provide strategic support, lead quality root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure our quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated.
You'll have the autonomy to own and drive quality improvement projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to co-create solutions and initiatives. Our site offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and develop your career into bigger roles within DuluxGroup.
Key Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met and embedded.

- Validate and analyze claims data to identify trends and drive site-based improvement initiatives.
