About the Role

Snooze is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.

This exciting opportunity is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning materials and resources to support the delivery of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials, including instructional design and content creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, including e-learning modules and workshops.
  • Ensure all training materials align with compliance and organisational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and different training techniques.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (minimum qualification).
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word / PowerPoint / Outlook).
  • Previous experience in the creation and delivery of learning packages, including instructional design.
  • Experience in facilitating in-house e-learning programs and workshops.
  • Authoring skills in e-learning using Articulate 360 or similar and LMS experience.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills with a strong service approach and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Hold a full Australian driver's license.
  • Experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities, and meeting specified timeframes.
