Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to lead the commercialization of our newly established business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner closely with the CEO and Board to drive growth and profitability in this exciting new venture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve significant revenue targets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to set up and operationalize the division from scratch
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains to reduce costs and enhance productivity
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in motivating and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or construction management
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
