Shopper Marketing Manager Role

This is a key opportunity to join a leading brand as a Shopper Marketing Manager.

As a core member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and owning the shopper marketing strategy. This role requires strategic and hands-on skills, with a focus on creating compelling customer experiences through various channels.

  • Create an in-store shopper marketing strategy that delivers against brand and customer experience objectives;
  • Conduct research to better understand customer journeys and purchase intent;
  • Analyze and recommend pricing and ticketing techniques to drive price perception in store;
  • Introduce and influence new ways of working across marketing, commercial, operations, and communications.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail-based marketing or shopper marketing from a retail or FMCG industry.
