Contemporary Records Management Expert
This is a full-time position at Callaghan Campus.
We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills, demonstrated effective management of workplace relationships, and a solution-focused approach. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisational skills, a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
About the Role:
- Support the implementation and optimisation of our recordkeeping approach, driving compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Be knowledgeable of contemporary recordkeeping practices and committed to quality and customer service.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance recordkeeping capability across the organisation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement the records lifecycle.
- Contribute to developing contemporary practices in information and records management, including monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with business system owners, cybersecurity, IT, and colleagues to embed the records management lifecycle within key corporate business systems.
