Marketing Performance Strategist

As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing campaigns to reach our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled freelancer who can work independently and as part of a tight-knit group.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Refine targeting, messaging, and creative to improve return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Set up A/B tests and build out scalable campaign structures.
- Monitor performance and share clear insights and next steps.
- Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Experience working with software-as-a-service products, ideally business-to-business or small-to-medium business-focused.
- A strong understanding of funnel strategy, attribution, targeting, and campaign metrics.
- Someone who is independent, proactive, and practical, valuing initiative over ego.
- A clear communicator who is happy working solo but wants to be part of a friendly team.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or Active Campaign.
- Ability to contribute to strategy, content/ad testing, or landing page improvement.
