Adviser Product Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to support our growth targets for a leading financial services offer. This key role will involve supporting the design, delivery, and evolution of the Adviser+ product line.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, this position will be responsible for contributing to analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the offer, delivery of new features and capabilities, development of marketing and sales collateral, and governance of the offer.
Core Responsibilities- Completes strategic, competitive, client and market analyses relating to Vanguard's Adviser+ and broader product offerings.
- Contributes to product development and implementation with input on new products and product enhancements to enhance client experience and business results.
- Produces regular reports on Vanguard products and industry trends.
- Supports the creation of dynamic content used to position the company's offers.
- Maintains broad knowledge and awareness of the super and adviser industry, competition, and the company's product offerings.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- Three years related work experience Super and/or Platform product experience preferable.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
