Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite r12 finance, supply chain, and manufacturing modules for a European manufacturing organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, resource planning, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with the Systems Integrator, Oracle, and other third-party vendors.
  • Oversee budget planning and management.
  • Provide regular reporting to the steering committee.
  • Lead internal project streams/activities such as UAT, data migration, and training.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle project management.
  • Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite r12 finance, supply chain, and manufacturing modules.
  • Strong design and delivery experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
