About the Role

At Coles, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences across our network of supermarkets. As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by safely navigating your local neighbourhoods to deliver customer orders to their homes.

This part-time opportunity involves driving our iconic Coles vans and picking/packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. You'll work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

About You
  • You'll have a commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record are essential requirements.
  • Confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas is crucial.
  • Being active on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points will be required.
  • You'll need to be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this part-time role is approximately $40,000-$50,000 AUD, depending on experience and location.
