Job Title:

A Senior Strategic Business Advisor is required to lead a team of experts in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To collaborate with business stakeholders and gather, analyze and document requirements effectively.
  • To break down complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks or use cases by applying methodical problem-solving skills.
  • To create process flows, user stories, functional specifications and other necessary artifacts to ensure accurate implementation.
  • To translate business needs into logical, structured and actionable requirements.
  • To work closely with developers, testers and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills with excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Proven experience in writing clear and structured documentation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
