**The Opportunity**

As Parking Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Parking Operations to ensure high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services. This includes the effective operation of car park facilities, street patrols, infringement processing, and associated financial management.

The role requires strong leadership of a multi-disciplinary team, with accountability for both the quality and timeliness of services provided. You will also play a key role in supporting senior management by delivering expert parking-related advice to inform strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.

Reporting to the Alliance Manager within our Parking Services team, your responsibilities would primarily include:

- Set clear objectives, track performance, and provide coaching and mentoring to the operational teams;

- Develop the Parking Business Plan to deliver against the objectives of the Commercial Services Alliance and our Strategic Community Plan;

- Serve as the primary liaison for parking management for events, representing us to internal and external stakeholders; and

- Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to enhance reporting, information flow, and business process efficiency.

- Expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans;

- Strong knowledge of Work Health & Safety principles;

- Excellent organisational skills and judgment, including the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritise workloads;
