Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate rail infrastructure construction works.
- Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner and complies with Workplace Health and Safety Legislation.
- Supervise work groups and contractors in the construction of structures, slab track works, civil works, earthworks, formation, and drainage works.
- Extensive knowledge of safety and environmental management systems.
- Substantial level of leadership, people management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to travel from time-to-time and work night shifts when required.
