About Our Print Operations Team

We are currently looking for a skilled Print Room Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality print production and services within our print centre.

As a key contributor, you will be involved in the preparation and distribution of print work. The ideal candidate will have a multifaceted approach, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or possess relevant skills and qualifications. These include:

  • Print room production and document composition duties
  • Ensuring high-quality internal and external documents are produced
  • Providing offline finishing binding, scoring, and laminating
  • Utilizing job submission software to receive and manage print requests
  • Managing overflow and specialty requirements with outsourced print partners
  • Pre-production document design, editing, and imposition
  • Basic level troubleshooting on production printers

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Self-motivation and comfort working autonomously
  • Proven experience as a print room operator
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe CC and other relevant software
