As a seasoned Delivery Lead at Macquarie, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our multi-year transformation programs within the Commodities and Global Market technology team.

This 12-month contract presents a unique chance to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional technology and business teams to deliver risk outcomes that will have a significant impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective alignment of resources and capabilities within the program to meet delivery objectives within specified timeframes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive delivery of risk outcomes that will have a material impact on the business.
  • Coordinate the project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Perform analysis, scoping, and sequencing of solutions, as well as coordinating test efforts and producing operational readiness artefacts.
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in end-to-end technology delivery in a complex, cross-functional financial services environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive effective team ceremonies, including stand-ups, refinement sessions, showcases, and retrospectives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience influencing across technology and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple time zones.
