About the Role

The Operational Integrity Engineering team within the LPG business is focused on developing and maintaining integrity controls and asset strategies. They are responsible for ensuring that the right projects are executed to meet operational and customer needs while acting as technical authorities and advisors on change and risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage the Asset Management System, which includes Project Systems, Integrity and Technical Standards, Maintenance execution processes and tools, and Asset Information Management.
  • Develop and implement projects to ensure asset reliability and integrity, meeting sponsor requirements.
  • Provide engineering and technical support for LPG assets, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Ensure assets meet minimum operational standards and are integrated into the asset management system.
  • Participate in incident investigations and governance activities as directed.
  • Identify and manage projects to optimize capital utilization, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of new and existing assets.
  • Oversee engineering activities across the region.
  • Assist in developing practical standards and procedures for maintenance personnel.
  • Build and maintain relationships with service providers involved in design, inspection, engineering, construction, and maintenance of new or existing facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Process Safety Team to align projects and provide technical support.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering discipline.
  • Integrity and Project Engineering experience in petroleum and gas industries.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience working in an engineering environment in the power, gas or petroleum industry.
  • RPEQ certification, chartered status and PMI certification highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations, and compliance with MHF requirements highly beneficial.
  • Experience with multi-trades workforce and efficient project management.
