Job Overview

The role of Project Coordinator – Trade Stores involves overseeing the execution of our national store upgrade program across NSW and QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise multiple projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the central point of contact and record-keeper for store maintenance requests, triaging issues and coordinating solutions with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage on-site works during live refurbishments to minimize disruption and ensure quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records, progress updates, and defect management reports for all projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven project coordination or management experience in retail, hardware/trade, or hospitality environments.
  • Ability to lead and supervise multiple projects concurrently, delivering on time and to high standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and be on-site for extended periods during project delivery.
