Junction Support Services is seeking a full-time Workplace Investigator/Occupational Health and Safety Officer to be based in a regional area.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices.
- Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards and promote a safe work environment.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on occupational health and safety matters.
