Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic avionics engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for identifying and performing maintenance on aircraft.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current CASA Part 66 Aircraft Engineer License with B2 category
  • 2 years of maintenance experience on B-412 helicopters
  • 2 years of experience training and mentoring staff
  • Advanced technical writing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance on aircraft for which suitably licensed
  • Provide on the job training and direct supervision of unlicensed AME's and apprentices under their control
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment meet calibration requirements and are in good working order prior to use
  • Troubleshoot aircraft autopilot, instrument, radio, and electrical systems
  • Review technical training requirements for B-412 aircraft
