Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Organisational Development Business Partner to join our team at MedHealth Group. As a key member of our Personal Injury Division, you will play a critical role in driving organisational performance through people development.

About the Team
The MedHealth Group Personal Injury Division comprises 15 brands offering a range of services, including rehabilitation and return-to-work programs. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, with a strong focus on people development and organisational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with business objectives
- Design, implement, and evaluate high-impact training programs and learning interventions
- Lead organisational development initiatives, including leadership development programs and talent management
- Conduct needs assessments and utilise data-driven insights to inform L&D strategies and measure program effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development programs, showcasing your expertise

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related field
- Proven track record in a Senior L&D role, with 5+ years of experience in learning and organisational development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and current L&D trends, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
