Quickly becoming a leader in its field, Eightcap has gone from strength to strength and is experiencing rapid growth. Because of this, we are looking to fill multiple positions across a number of key departments within the business.

Eightcap has an exciting opportunity for a sales and business development-focused professional. The role focuses on supporting and maintaining business-to-business relationships with industry partners such as educators, influencers, and digital affiliates to increase Eightcap's share of referral wallet in the market.

To be successful in the role, you will require strong sales skills, be adept at developing and maintaining business relationships, and have a passion for providing the best client experience to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting and identifying new potential partners in APAC region countries (IB, Affiliates & Influencers) from the outreach leads pipeline.
  • Facilitating the set-up of the business and new potential partners to work with Eightcap.
  • Maintaining relationships with valued business partners and identifying opportunities for business development.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to fulfil partner outcomes such as marketing material development, webinar hosting, etc.
  • Conducting compliance audits on partnerships to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.
  • Managing partner program-related projects focusing on improving partner and referred client conversions.
  • Organising and attending partner-related events.
  • Developing and maintaining partner-related performance reports as well as communicating program performance metrics to the wider business.
  • Contributing to the overall smooth operation and strategy of the Eightcap partner's business.

Who are you?

  • Previous experience in a sales or partners functions within the CFD and financial industries.
  • A passion for closing high-impact commercial deals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A passion for delivering a superior client experience.
  • Sales and results-driven approach.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in either professional Malay or Cantonese would be greatly valued.
