We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Supervisor to deliver high quality homes within reasonable time frames.

The Role
  • As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and play a crucial role in driving project success.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and deadlines are met.
  • Your focus will be on exceptional service, providing support to customers and exceeding their expectations.

Requirements:

  • A qualified carpenter with Site Supervisors or Builders License would be highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience working with a house builder is essential, as is your ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Your attention to detail will be critical in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • You should have a strong ability to schedule and plan ahead using tablet based software programs.
