Job Description

We are seeking experienced In-Home Support Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized support to clients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and transportation
  • Provide medication reminders and support with daily living activities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager to ensure high-quality client outcomes

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police check
  • Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone and reliable vehicle
